Can't log in on ps4

Like the title says anyone else having this problem?

someone in my FC was kicked from game and can't log in now. PS4 as well. But I'm in game currently and am on ps4. Logged in about an hour ago. Hope I didn't jinx myself. ><

Oh no it's not down. It's high volume according to them....

Grrr my brother is having this problem now too. Great and I am just about to leave work.
