Request: 'Not Yet Ready', 'Display Recast Timer Error Message', 'Cannot Use Yet."

Many players are annoyed by the 'Not Yet Ready' error message and sound that pops up mid screen when attempting to use an ability during global cooldown - I know this is a common question I've seen on Reddit, in-game, and elsewhere in the community.

Thankfully, the 'display recast timer error message' option was added, to remove this error message. However, there are still reported circumstances in which the player's screen may be harassed by these types of messages - for example when levelsynced for a fate. Additionally, I've noticed that I get a different error - 'Cannot Use Yet.' as a result of having my main button include a macro to use Heavy Shot, Blood Letter and Misery's End. Because Misery's End is only active under certain conditions, everytime I use this macro I get an error message on screen. I know these messages also apply to other conditions such as insufficient TP or MP.

Would it be possible to expand the functionality of the option to remove these messages?
