Is that our limit until 1.19 or something? There's so many nice things to buy, I was really looking forward to having a repeatable quest or something so I could make use of the consumables. If we're stuck with that few, can't buy much.

In the long run it may not be a bad thing.
If we had a repeatable quest, then by the time SE released more grand company content, lots of people would already have all that gear and huge stockpiles of seals, which would allow them to instantly purchase any new gear being offered without having to play through the new stuff. -

I think this is the only game I can think of where you have a faction without repeatable means of getting the currency to buy whatever they have.

It for now, company are not fully implemented yet though either so my guess is we will have a repeatable event coming in a future update.
