Eos casting cancelling will still induce cooldown

Bug: When fairy pet attempts to use spell, before spell is complete, cancelling with Heel or even disrupting any moment after issuing the cast command, the spell will be on cool down regardless if it even was cast or not.

4. Immediately reissue the Obey & Heel command, cancelling the "Whispering Dawn" as Eos will move to your location.
5. "Whispering Dawn" will now be on cooldown, with no effects from the cast.
