New Characters and Switching Subscriptions

Hi,

Today, I switched to the Standard subscription (mid-cycle). I'm still unable to create more than one character. I checked the server status and my world (Exodus) is currently allowing new characters. Is there a delay when switching subscriptions to create more than one character, or am I doing something wrong?

The change won't take effect until the next billing cycle occurs (which is also when you will be billed for it).
