Trust me they're going to be missing a lot of content that we already have due to laws and such, yoshi-p said so in an interview. Let them have a special boss or whatev
If you watched the E3 interviews, or have paid attention to the controversy a while back surrounding the China release of WoW Wrath of the Lich King its due to an issue of censorship, they're likely not exclusive bosses/enemies but different models.
They are getting some special mounts and stuff. I saw some pictures at one point... Was it a golden chimera mount that was shown?
It's not a big deal to me really. Let Yoshi-P make some more money. I just want the game to stay profitable so they release more raids/dungeons.
Yoshi stated that the China version will probably not get Golden Saucer, and as stated above the censorship laws and what-not
are going to make them unable to receive a lot of other content. They couldn't even have skeletons when WoW went over there.
So 1 special boss is the least they can do in this situation. :(
I'll skip having some unique bosses and having a daily game play limit that force kicks your account once hours have been reached.

Learn some humility and restraint. Learn about the situation before you provide your opinion, as regardless of having a right to express it, you can still be essentially wrong to think it. There's a lot of changes that need to be made for the Chinese version, many of which will just be outright removed from their version (while others will still have it). Having said that, the real unfair thing would be to sell them a game that is just full of censor blocks because SE must adhere to their laws if they wish to sell goods in China. Let them have an altered version of the game, it's the only way they're legally allowed to play it. Let them have some special content exclusive to their version, they're not going to get many things we get, afterall.
This isn’t new, China censers videogames all the time. It’s only fair that squire compassionates them with exclusive content, considering that a lot of the original content won’t be available to Chinese players.
Here are the rules that all videogames most follow to see an approval from the Chinese government:
According to http://www.digitaltrends.com/gaming/...-rules/#!2TtKK
Videogames cannot have
• Gambling-related content or game features
• Anything that violates China’s constitution
• Anything that threatens China’s national unity, sovereignty, or territorial integrity.
• Anything that harms the nation’s reputation, security, or interests.
• Anything that instigates racial/ethnic hatred, or harms ethnic traditions and cultures.
• Anything that violates China’s policy on religion by promoting cults or superstitions.
• Anything that promotes or incites obscenity, drug use, violence, or gambling.
• Anything that harms public ethics or China’s culture and traditions.
• Anything that insults, slanders, or violates the rights of others.
• Other content that violates the law
Just be happy this game is even seeing a release in
china.
