In other MMO's that I have played (ex. SWTOR, Wildstar) the option to keybind SHIFT + Mousewheel UP/DOWN was available. This made it very accessible to essentially add two additional mouse keybinds without having additional mouse buttons, easing the ability to move while using actions.
Please consider it! Thanks.

I do already have a 12 button mouse but using the MW keybinds I find even easier.
I would like to echo this. I've been using "keyboard key" + mousewheel up/down keybind combinations since the Outland Expansion of WoW. It was the only keybind process I could find that didn't aggravate the joints in my hands (genetic issue). Yes, I could use AutoHotKey to do this, but I worry that AHK would be considered botting software.
It's a real shame that it's not already available and it would make the game a lot more comfortable for me to play. This is the whole reason I've avoided playing some of the jobs because I know it may get kinda intense if I do. I've got my (aching) fingers crossed that it may be added one day.
