While reducing the cast, recast, and effect times of Flare, Flood, Burst, Tornado, Freeze and Quake made them more practical, the self-buff that indicates the countdown to the ability dealing its damage is off. It still counts down from around 45 seconds instead of 15 seconds, as the new descriptions of all these abilities indicate the timer should be. I will update next time I play with a screenshot of this.

Notice that the timer reads 0:39, which should not be possible if the ability activates after 15 seconds. In fact, although I can't get this in a screenshot since the timer disappears immediately upon the ability dealing damage, the damage is dealt when the timer reads 0:25 or thereabouts.
