Main Menu Disappeared (set as active in HUD config)

Hello,

I've tried googling and going through my configs several times, but I can't seem to get my main menu buttons back. As you can see from the screenshots below, it's just not there anymore:

I don't know if this is related or not, but I'm also unable to access a few of the icons in the Main Commands section.

I think the Sightseeing Log is grayed out because I haven't unlocked it yet, but I'm not sure about the other two.
