Looking to create a NEW FC

I am looking to create a new FC with some sharp men and women. My vision is to have set times for primals and coils. We would be starting at the early stages for both if need be to get everyone on the same sheet of music. I would like to keep the free company small as well. At the most 2 to 3 groups so nobody is left out. We would have voicechat too, so we can communicate and not have to type. I have found since I got back in the mmo world, it has become difficult to find mature people and loyal folks to remain committed. If your old school like me from the old days of ffxi, hit me up. I would also like to add that I am retired military and on the west coast. Lets talk people. Let me say this, I am not going to be one of those hardcore endgamers cause I just can't. I am a family man plus I enjoy doing stuff outside this game. That being said, if there are organized set times to run coils and primals, that is what I am looking to build. Organized times for about 2 hours I think is more than enough time to get stuff done.
