PS3 + buying PC ver. question :D

Hello everyone , i interested in buying PC ver. of game for wife & she currently on PS3.
So if i buy PC ver. for her , will she get "Free" month for PS3/PC again , or it will no matter since "Free" month was used on PS3 before (@ launch)

It comes with a 30 day free code that I would imagine could be used whenever, so long as it has not been used before.

This actually brings up a question for me. Was thinking about expanding my PC account to console, then later upgrading to ps4... Does the digital download in play station store also provide 30 day free?

Yes - it does. But not for the free upgrade from PS3 to PS4.
