Fishing Achievements PS4

I have found, on several characters, that the first three fishing achievements (level 1-10, fish 20 times in areas in such and such) come easy. Then upon attaining level 11 and attempting to do the level 11-20 achievements, no fish counts at all, towards any of the achievements. This is an issue as it makes the Rod of the Luminary untouchable.
I have found that if I switch back to my PC they will and do count but on PS4 they do not. Many other people have told me of other achievements not counting on PS4 or PS3, however the fishing achievements are the only ones I have had time to verify myself. I will not level fishing any further until this issue is fixed because I want that fishing rod lol.

I have checked on my PC again and it would be that the fish are not counting there either!
