So I check the server list and hyperion looks ok to create a character on. I create a character and apparently they shut down hyperion while I'm mid character creation.
So I resub to play with my friend who wants me to play with him and I can't :/
Any idea if and when I can create a character on this server.
Try during off peak times.
It can change within minutes or hours. Just have to keep trying.
The servers get closed to character creation when it is near full capacity for then number of people logged in.
Hyperion is NA, so if you can try between midnight & 5AM PST it might be your best bet. Like Bixillarla said, try during off-peak times. Middle of the night usually seems to work best.
Had to this myself. Got up at 230am to get into leviathan because every time it said it was good, I'd go in load up the saved character and it would not allow creation. So while its very annoying to hit the early morning hours, it should give you results
