Getting black screen and computer crashing/rebooting itself while playing!

So quickly after I started playing, my computer randomly goes to a black screen and has a bunch of noise play through.

Sometimes it tells me the frequency is out of range, sometimes it doesn't. Not sure what the deal is there.


I've been reading and have been told frequency out of range comes from my monitor being crap and the refresh rate is higher than it can handle.

However, what about the other scenario when its just a black screen? Luckily today I got a lot of good hours in, but the other day it was just a crash fest. It usually seems to happen when my graphics card gets to around 50 celsius.

No idea what to do, tried using different drivers and whatnot, but to no avail it seems.
Maybe I should just open up my computer and stick a fan inside of it lol
