Dungeon completion exp?

First some info

ISP: Sasktel

Frequency: every time

Race: Seeker of the Sun
World: Cactuar
Class/Level: War 50, Glad/Conj/Tham/Arch/Arca 30, Pug 17ish. Problems occured with Arch and Pug.
Area and Coordinates: Everywhere
Party or Solo: Only occures in dungeons, so party i guess?
NPC Name: N/A
In-Game Time: all the time
Steps:
1. Enter dungeon
2. Run dungeon, gaining exp from mobs and bosses
3. Complete dungeon, do not obtain completion exp (first-run through or the makeup exp for running lower leveled dungeons)

Additionally I am running on a PS4.

I still get roulette bonuses, and guildheists grant first-run through bonuses. I know that I used to get these bonuses, since I got them when running through dungeons with my conj/glad/tham/arcanist, and up to level 27 with archer class (this was right around the 15-16th of june). I seemed to loose this exp gain starting from the latest patch.

Hopefully this issue can be cleared up soon, I really want to get all the classes up to 30 before I move on with the storyline.
