Using accents ´ ` ~ ^ in ps3 or ps4 the accent comes before the letter - ex: `à

Steps:
When typing in any chat, when u need to use accents like these: ` ´ ^ ~ etc, all the words come out like this: "ol´á como est´ás?" which makes it very hard to type in a language that uses those kinds of accents. Should be easy to fix, since in the ps4 message menu the keyboard works fine and this bog does not happen. I also tried with different keyboards and the result is always the same.
