Leaving FC and joining new one question.

Do I have to wait 24 hours before joining a new FC after leaving old one or does that only apply to someone wanting to create a new FC? I'm wanting to join not create. Do I still have to wait 24 hours? I haven't left old FC to find out yet because I've been letting friends know and waiting until they're on to tell them, while other friends left yesterday, which means I don't want to be 24 hours behind if that's true and should leave now.

Okay so it only applies to those creating an FC then, because my friend had to wait 24 hours when he left Shiva yesterday to form our FC and someone told me it applies to joining new one also, lol.
