Materia-enhanced Leve Item Turn-ins

Thread Title:
When trying to turn in a crafted item with materia affixed to it, the NPC (Juliembert, in this case) has a dialogue prompt to ask if you want to turn in a materia-enhanced item. When I clicked yes, he began his dialogue as if I'd said no. However, the "Do you really want to turn in a high-quality item?" window popped up as well, but did nothing when clicking yes.

Steps:
--Accepted Armorer Levequest "A Leg to Stand On" (level 25 leve from Limsa Lominsa)
--Affixed materia to the HQ Heavy Iron Flanchards I'd crafted to get the Challenge Log xp/gil reward.
--Attempted to turn the item in to Juliembert for quest reward.
--Dialogue Prompt: "Do you really want to trade an item with materia affixed?"
--Clicked "Yes"
--Juliembert's chat bubble: "Shhh. Hush, now. The Spinner has decreed your path. Craft away, my child. Craft Away." -- At the same time as this chat bubble, the quest prompt "Do you really want to trade a high-quality item?" pops up.
--Clicked "Yes", nothing happens. Clicked "No", nothing happens.
--Clicked the chat bubble to progress Juliembert's dialogue and the entire quest conversation ends, leaving quest progress back to asking to turn the item in to Juliembert.

Try to abandon the quest and re pick it back up and see if that changes things.

Had zero leve allowances left. As a workaround, I just went to Mutamix and had him remove the materia. Maybe I'll try to duplicate when I have more allowances to spare.

Its happened to me too, Tried to hand in a HQ Materia Iron lance to Juliembert for the same results

This bug also happens if you try to turn in a HQ item with materia attached to your Grand Company NPC, for an Expert Delivery.
