Simplify the on-screen skill decription popups

This is a big nuisance for me which has yet to be addressed. Whenever I highlight a skill while in combat a description popup appears which partially overlaps the default positioning for the enemy status display which stops me view statues effects inflicted on the enemy. I can understand why players would want to know the name of the skill highlighted and perhaps even the costs but a full written description of what the skills does is completely unnecessary. Please simplify the skill description popup so that it takes up less on-screen space. Full details should only be visible via the the menu.

I agree. I think there should be a toggle to display either full details, summarized or none at all.
