Need help with promo code problem.

So i have recently downloaded Final Fantasy XIV for ps3 off the playstation store, but i didnt receive a promo code. So now after that long time waiting i cant play cause i dont have a promo code any suggestions?

Was it a free download or did you spend money to get the download.

Also have you gone to the mog net to set up a subscription and service account since that's where all the licenses and things go.

Have you checked your physical email and junk email folders for an email from the psn with the code.

i spent money on it and yes i checked my email. and ill have to see about the mog net thing
