Steps:

• I Finished last history quest avaliable at my level at Walking Sands, next one was lv 49
• I searched Libra Eorzea to find mode quests that would fit my level;
• Find out that when I got into Walking Sands no quest was avaliable at Map/Mini Map Window;
• Had to actually get near NPC Urianger to see the quest above his head was indeed avaliable;
• Had the same problem with Botanist's guild quest "So, you want to become a Botanist" around June 10, time unkown.
