I'm looking for some advice on my Vanity gear. I'm looking for a very formal appearance without looking too slutty. I've found the right top, but I'm undecided on the bottom. I can't decide on either the Darklight Kecks (top image), or the Cotton Tights (bottom image).

I like the Tights
To be honest yeah a spring skirt would look great with that.
But sticking to the choices I'm gonna have to go with #1. Option #2 looks kinda weird to me lol, maybe it wouldn't look so off if it was Felt Chausses ?

I'd say the Tights look more formal, but they don't seem to go well with that top. The Kecks seem to go with it well enough, if they look formal enough to you.
Personally never been a fan of the Skirt. . .
Kecks. Never enough kecks. The table cloth is just bland.
