Game time card

Hello,

I purchased a 60day time card from a legit retailer. box was sealed and the scratch film was still on it. However the code doesn't work. I tried contacting SE but no reply yet. i contacted the webshop i bought it at (Bol.com) biggest online shop in the netherlands and they advised me to go back to SE. My question is, is there more people who encountered this problem? the code seems in all capitol letters and there is a weird symbol among it too. Ø. Ive never seen the symbol on nay game card but maybe this is standard for SE.

How / where are you trying to redeem the code? What's the exact message when it fails? How long and "grouped" is the code?

Its one long code and its 20 characters long. i tried to redeem it in the mog station where you have to put 4 character in 5 groups

It's either this code is not valid or it says its case sensitive.

OK - what does it exactly say when you try to redeem the code? Is it European card and is your SE account also European? Are you by any chance trying to enter the code via "Enter bonus code" option (it will not work there)? Use the "Recurring subscription Setup" button and then on next screen click on "Click here to redeem Game Time Card". Next time you'll see "Subscription Payment: Game Time Card" button in the main menu which you can use to add new cards.

The "crossed" O (Ø) is actually zero ...

You seem to have an authentic card from your description. You were definitely entering it all in caps? Maybe the weird character you mentioned is just a letter that wasn't printed properly?

The symbol might be zero aka 0

Thanks guys it was a zero.. it wasnt properly printed i guess cause the crossed line is out of the circle more then a regular 0.. Jeez, wasted 2 hours on this yesterday..
