Crystal Tower: Entrance room locked

Hello!

Yesterday the Crystal Tower’s first room was locked twice in a row and the whole Alliance wasn’t able to enter.
There were these barriers and it always said “Unable to use. You must activate another Allagan teleporter first.” Going to said teleporter didn’t help.

Time: June 17, 2014; 1st run: 20:14 CEST / 2nd run: 20:31 CEST
Frequency: Happened twice in a row
World name: Moogle, but actually all other servers that can get into the same duty as Moogle
Character name: Multiple characters (whole Alliances)
Class/Level: All classes (there weren’t any Summoners in the Alliances but I don’t think they gate would have opened if one was there xD)
Party or solo: Whole Alliance, but we queued in a party of one Black Mage and one White Mage
In-game time: Don’t know
Area and coordinates: Crystal Tower, entrance hall


Steps:
1. We queued for Crystal Tower via Duty Finder, group of 1 BLM and 1 WHM
2. Duty is ready, we accept and get into our party
3. Wait until everyone has finished loading
4. Just to see there are barriers in front of the enemy rooms
5. It says “Unable to use. You must activate another Allagan teleporter first.” Going to said teleporter didn’t help
6. Using the teleporter doesn’t work
7. Waiting, nothing happens .__.
8. Kick someone to be able to leave the party
9. Repeat steps 1 to 8

We didn't try it for a third time though and decided to do something else instead.


(As this happened for more than 24 players (some of them have been in the first and second run, let me guess it happened to about 35 - 40 different players then), my PC and PS3 specs shouldn’t matter here.)
