Static Group LF tank WAR - Currently on last phase of T9

Hi,

We are currently looking for a tank for our T9 progression. Must be a fast learner and able to focus with as little tunnel vision as possible. Ability to communicate via VOIP (Mumble or TeamSpeak3) is a most. Our current team setup is a PLD, SCH, WHM, DRG, MNK, SMN, BRD. All dps is over 350 per person on T8 and goes as high as 410. We are up to the final phase in T9 and just need a competent tank with or without off spec dps. We have one member that has already cleared T9. Please let me know if you are interested. We are on the Diabolos Server. Our raid times are Mon, Weds, and Sat from 7:30-11:30est and we will sometimes raid additional days if needed.
