"Recast" When Casting a Spell

When you cast a spell the text under the bar reads "Recast", shouldn't it be "Cast" or "Casting..."?

Thanks for the catch, Snowstriker, and the screenshot. I've amended the text in question, and the change will go live in 1.19.
