Something In Windows 7 causing game time to skip?

last I updated windows I kept getting a strange glitch that causes the Eorzea Time To randomly change and causes the sky and lighting to change from day, evening, and night every 3-5 seconds. causes framerates to slow from 60 FPS to 10 FPS and makes the game unplayable.

Bizarre. Did it start after a game update? My first thought is a corrupted file in the games install, but that's just a first thought and a guess. Hopefully someone else has seen this before and can offer you a better idea.

last update did not effect asnything untill after I updated windows

ok, I just updated windows again and the issue is no longer there ^_^ hopefully if someone else has this issue they eill see this thread
