MNK iLvl92 looking for static group

Hello!

I'm looking for a static group to tackle Second Coil of Bahamut, Leviathan EX and other stuff (future stuff too).
I'm not looking to be carried, so I would prefer a group that is either just starting to practice these or a group willing to let me learn the fights.
Videos, videos, videos... Yes I have watched them. :)

I like to maximize my DPS by learning the fight and thus building a muscle memory for them and also by min-maxing my gear.
Keeping up GL3 is what I'm aiming for in each fight so no worries, in a short time I usually keep it up pretty well.

I consider myself a semi-hardcore player. Progress is pretty much number 1 on my list at the moment. Not all that interested in doing EX primals (that have echo) or T1-T5, since I am already done with them.
I do have a job and a social-life so I play when I can, but I do play a lot, nevertheless.

Fun is what I'm also looking for and I find challenges fun.

I get home at around 6pm, after 10pm once a week (these are +2 UK time).
Weekends are mostly open to play all day.
