Game Window "Blinking"

My problem seems to be while playing in a window my game, the entire window, and the icon on the task bar, will "blink" and disappear for a split second. Almost as if the game is reloading itself. The icon on my task bar will disappear and a new FF Icon will show up right after.

It's not having a negative effect on the game per say, it continues actions that I was doing and it doesn't make the game unresponsive, it just blinks.

It's only the game window and only seems to be FF, I can play all of my other games just fine and nothing is wrong with my PC.

I've played the game in the past and this never happened, I didnt delete and reinstall the game so the settings are still the same on my end as they were last time and I didnt have an issue.

Im currently trying to update my drivers to see if that might fix the issue.

Edit- For what it's worth Im using an AMD Radeon HD 6770 card and my drivers are now up to date and it's still doing it.
