Completed Atma book, no longer complete?

Steps:
During the purchase of my 9th Atma book for the Bravura, I noticed the strength books now said 2 of 3 completed. The strength line was the first 3 books I completed, then went on VIT, Skill speed, now Parry. The STR books did at one point say 3 of 3 completed and my axes stats read 37. now I see that it is back to 35. I can't say when it actually changed back down, I have been gathering myth tomes and completing books at a casual pace (about a book a week).
I have seen other bug reports where people have outright lost new or uncompleted books, but this one was finished and traded and upgraded long ago! (super sad because I was so ready to start the next part of this quest ;_; )
