Steps:
1. Purchase Durability Draught potion
2. Use said potion
3. Die
4. Potion effect is removed.
Food benefit was fixed among a patch to not be removed on death. Is it possible to get this potion brought in-line with other food effects to not be removed on death?
Hope you don't mind I add this along. The Spiritbond/durability "Medicated" status will also be replaced if you happened to have used a stat boost potion, thus wasting it.
It seems like both shared the same flag, hopefully the potion gets a separated status that wont lost upon dying or get overwritten.
This has happened to me with both potions as well.
Makes the durability potion kinda of pointless.
Its unfortunately not a bug, but is supposedly being looked into by the dev team. Hopefully they will change it so its effect is not wasted upon death/job change/ or use of another potion.
