Party Finder: Clear status filter

I was thinking that a filter to set for the type of party would be great. As a game community we have established certain types of parties: Learning > Clear > Farm

It would be really appreciated when making a party if we had some means to ensure that the people in the party were of the right skills / experience for the fight in question.

I would think the following would work:

1. Learning party: Ideal for those on new jobs or never been there. here strats and basic mechanics are learned instead of expected knowledge.
2. Clear: this is when you have properly prepared for the fight and know the mechanics. This should be used for those who can win, ie experienced on that job and know what they are doing.
3. Farm: you have the win, or multiple wins and can just get it done.

If this is too complicated, then a simple check box in the party finder for 'have won before' would help somewhat.

Now, I know some will say that this is 'unfair' or prevents them from winning, and you know what: I am ok with this, and I know I will be lumped into the 'not qualified due to lack of win' club on new content the same as others.

The bottom line is, and I believe many will agree that spending all day trying to farm some items but not getting even the win on the fight is a real game ruining experiences.

I have no issues helping people learn, but I want to be able to farm the gear I want as well.
