This quest Escape from Castrum Centri -

My problem is that I cannot target the generator for whatever reason. I tried to play this quest 5 times and sent in 3 bug reports. This is my first experience with FF14 and I find it challenging to get help from GM or any type of customer service. I almost been waiting for 2 weeks now. Please help.
