My Little Chocobo Not Available

Hello,

I just began playing FF14 ARR live release, I played before in the alpha FF14, as well as the beta for FF14 ARR. I used to have a chocobo that i obtained through the twin adders Grand Company previously. I had the chocobo whistle in my inventory before, but when I started playing recently I saw that i had no whistle, or anything under the Mounts section. I went back to join the twin adders Grand Company as I saw that the main quest was reset. I have joined and the quest My Little Chocobo is not available from the NPC. Nor is the chocobo license available through the quartermaster.
So Im wondering if I will get either my chocobo back that I previously had? Or is the quest bugged for me in game.

You played the beta before or after the characters reset?

I figured it out, it was on the calamity salvager. Along with lots of my other items I had before reset.
