wondering when this will be implemented.

I remember a while back it was stated we would have access to market boards in our FC housing as well as be able to sell out of our FC houses. I know it takes a while to get things patched in especially when theres higher priority items on the list. Just curious how soon we will be seeing this. Anyone else wondering how soon we will see certain housing features implemented?

I don't see how its really needed in truth,, as only steps outside your fc house door there will probs be a mb with summoning post.

not saying I wouldn't like to have one, just there not really needed and so there probs not prioritizing it.

As far as selling goes, you can Craft a Summoning Bell for your House. No Further infomation about a Market Board for your house has been released.

I didnt mean selling from your fc house as in using your retainers to put things on the market board. From what I understood there would be a vendor or board selling your items for you from the fc house. I know that seems odd but i actually meet up with other players at their FC houses if I know they specialize in a certain field. I was made aware of them through LS chats or friended them when someone answered my party finder request for such assistance. I wouldnt be surprised to see stores advertised through Party finder like that. I wouldnt mind just sight seeing in another free company and making a purchase at their store to show them my support as well. I think a device like that would be beneficial to the community to help encourage exploring your neighboring FC houses although I can see why it wouldn't be for everyone.

My company has a lot of high level crafters in it and while we have a marketboard and summoning bell right around the corner from our house, an indoor marketboard would pretty much complete our basement crafting area. I would rather encourage our members to craft in the house basically to keep the house active and purposeful. Right now we have 4 crafting stations (with 2 more on the way), a summoning bell, vendors, and the company chest all in one spot. It's very convenient and efficient yet still bothersome to have to run upstairs, zone outside, and run around the corner to purchase something.

I posted in the housing suggestions a while ago about creating a whole other addition to the economy other than the marketboard and that was the FC vendor stall. If they allowed FC members to create "synth packs", or groups of items sold as one item, and only allowed that through FC vendors, that would encourage so many good things like traffic through the housing areas, FC support, FC comradery, FC funding etc.... the list just goes on. The marketboard is very convenient but lacks the social aspect of being part of a mmo. I think wandering through housing areas looking for great deals as an option would be a great addition to the game.

For market board I remember I read it previously and I am still expecting it will be implemented,
for selling houses finally I realized it might refer to the house permiss but not the plot of land ^^;
