I've also never seen any 50 CRP too, even when shouting in different areas. I had to buy the weapon needed for the BRD relic quest with materia melded to it from the market board.
It's for that reason I decided to take up CRP when I finished GSM. I'm only at 44 at the moment though (Atma and myth/Sol grinds have slowed me down) but it hopefully shouldn't take long to reach 50 with Leves. If you still need a 50 CRP in a few days, search Mathye North and if I've reached 50, I'll do it for you :)
Uskomaton Minkki at Heavenly Demons <<HDN>> is one. Don't /tell, but check where Minkki is hanging with player find and go there. Best guess is Lavender Beds Ward 1 around 3pm GMT onwards. Just don't expect it to be cheap. :)
I finished CRP last night, so you now have 2 choices :) I'm usually on in the evenings (GMT), so you should be able to get your meld now, if you haven't already.
