Hello, I main a dragoon and my item level right now is 96. I've been looking for a (not-so-strict) static group/FC to do second coil with, along with EX primals. I have yet to down Ifrit EX, but I know the entire fight, and I still need to down T5 (pf groups are aweful at this). I am good at what I do, and I'm available almost any night!
