Let me just start by saying im new to the final fantasy mmo's but not mmo's in general. Me and a few friends started this game when it launched but they quickly left and so did i soon after due to hating playing alone so never really got too high of a class. Im just looking for a good world to join that i can meet people and make new friends (im quite shy) and hopefully one day be able to tackle the end game challenges of this game.

It is definitely hard to pick a world for someone else as everyone is partial to the world they are currently on. So I figured I would at least say something since I saw your selected character is on the Exodus server. Me and some friends used to play on the Exodus server until about two weeks ago when we transferred to Zalera. Zalera is nowhere near the size of Exodus and is actually one of the smaller worlds out there; however, it is so friendly that it has made us very happy that we transferred. I have actually had 4 people in the last two weeks transfer over with us that we had never even met before because they liked the FC and the server after I told them about it. So if you want a world that always has stuff going on in but you are usually faceless and nameless then Exodus is a good place. Zalera though is good for newer players in my opinion because a lot of people are still new on that server and learning, making it easy to party with people and make friends.

Hello, I recently started a fresh character on the lamia server, been playing on the diablos server since last August. Didn't feel like paying to transfer so Just made a new character. Im happy with the change, kinda of quiet cause im still meeting new people is the reason I switched and started my own FC. The lamia server not sure on the size compared to diablos but seems to be pretty active all the time. I knew so many people on the diablos server but im happy with the change. Not sure how far you were on your current character. If not that far it might not be worth it to pay to transfer but to start fresh and get to where you were rather quickly.

Actually just got the PC version of the game and currently debating on if I want to continue the characters I made back at launch on the PS3 version before taking a break or just start fresh....luckily got until I get off work tonight to decide assuming my internet doesn't crap out while doing the client update....

One of my FC members decided to start over when we transferred to Zalera (he had one level 50 WHM with over ilvl 90 and everything else to at least level 36) and he has loved it so far. He says that by starting over he gets a better experience of the game. On our server too there are still tons of lower level characters running dungeons and always doing FATES.Quote:

I'm on Zalera too and I love it here. It's in an interesting situation right now where high level statics are leaving due to the low population, but the endgame crowd that I run with is super nice. I think a lot of us know that with the size of our server, no plea for help should ever go unanswered. :)
