My suggestion is for players to be able to commend other players for helping them on their server even outside of party. For example if you need help with a FATE and some people come and help you then you can commend them or if someone revives you. I think this could help people form more friendships. The achievement and rewards for dungeon and world commendations can be separate.
Great idea. Especially fates this is often needed when you see some poor soul in Costa Del Sol battling the giant crab. If you know there might be a commendation in it for helping maybe you wouldn't just ignore it as paniced cries of agony coming from the shore.
(If you haven't guessed I'm usually the guy who's out there getting shred to pieces.)
I really like the tough boss-like fates but these seem ignored. The music is awesome too. I haven't defeated the massive ochu and Malboro in east shroud yet even once because no-one joins in.
With a certain limit that refreshes each day.
