World Transfer

a friend of mine is trying to come over to my server but can't anyone know when it'll be available for transfer?

Try during off hours. Every four hours there's a check deciding if the server should be closed to transfers and character creation or not. During hours when players are active, it's more likely it'll be closed.

Early morning hours are usually best. starting at about 4PST.

So he is able to come over here?
