dark matter only? why?

Why take out the option for repairing the item using regular mats? I was hoping you would be able to do with both, and just resorting only to dark matter if you can't find the repair mat available.

Cause now you only have to carry 5 different repair mats, instead of several dozen...

People here will not understand your concern and will just tell you to be glad because you dont have to carry so much repair material. I just vendored about 3 million gil worth of repair mats. I dont understand why we couldnt just use both either.

dark matter... someone was very stupid when add this crap ideas in the game...
