Bought the PS3 version and it is downloading for a 3rd time..?!?

I've been playing the PC version since release... Today I picked up the PS3 version and after installing the disc the download screen came up and began downloading 6182.9MB of game. After it finished downloading it said, "You already have this version installed do you wish to continue with the installation".

Now, after having linked my PS3 acct and SE acct I finally get to the launcher and the game is downloading again..!!! 6182.9MB for the 3rd time (including disc install).

WHY?!?
