Items lost in trade when meld request window is open.

I had the request meld window open when my friend attempted to give me more materia. I accepted the trade with the request meld window still open. General log says the trade went through, however the materia is not in my inventory nor my friend's.

Do NOT trade with request meld window open!

I lost four IV materia.
