Future Primals: Speculation

With Ramuh and Shiva on their way, we have the six basic elements covered. So where do we go after this? I have a few ideas for later additions...

Asura: People call for randomness in fights? This is the place to do it. Her three heads each have a different ability, and she will use one of them at random. Alternatively, she always covers the entire battlefield across three different AoE attacks, and the tanks, dps and healers each need to eat a different one, so players need to keep track of which direction her heads are facing.

Fenrir: I think this would work best as a roaming Primal, like Odin.

Phoenix: Another roaming Primal. However, when slain, it's corpse remains behind where it fell until it rises again.

Alexander: A good candidate for an Imperial Primal, perhaps an artificial Primal created through Magitek.

There are others that could make appearances but I couldn't think of anything specific for, like Knights of the Round, Eden, Maduin or a Chocobo Primal (a white chocobo maybe, like in 12 and 13?). There's also room for the Ivalice summons, considering the existing presence of Belias and Zodiark.

Any other ideas?

I would absolutely love to fight the Ivalice summons. Such incredible designs!

This. I want to fight Zalera, Zeromus, Adrammelech. Hell, all of them would be awesome.

I would like to see Alexander not like your regular Primal, but an elder one.

It would be so cool that Alexander would actually be a moving fortress that is an endgame 8 man raid similar to coil.

i spekulate we may have to fight zodiark in the future butt i also think we may have to fight hydalin as well

tho for primals i think alexander is a iconic holy element with phoenix and for the dark element maybe doomtrain

also eden would be a weird fight since its only 'real' appearance was in ff8 ( ff13 it talked to people using statues it moved so i do not know if we can call those statues part of eden or eden itself)

We could still have 2 more elemental primals, assuming they want to use them:

Light and Dark. Although you could argue Hydalaen and whatever her counterpart was named take the positions for these two elements.

Alexander could take the place for Light otherwise. Not sure about Dark. Fenrir maybe? Or maybe Cerberus, but the big contenders for the dark element have already been used elsewhere.

If they choose to not use them, we should probably look at the other beast tribes. The Goblins, and the lizard people (the ones that aren't the amal'jaa) haven't summoned their primals yet, nor have the rat people. So trying to make primals to fit them would probably be the best bet. I'm not quite sure what to connect to each tribe though...

We've also got The 12, which are implied to be nothing more than Primals for the human tribes. We've already had one group of humans try to summon them (the refugess in Ul'dah, forget their name). I think it's reasonable to see humans summon their primals in response to the primals of the beastmen.
