Partial "Cure" for Mp pool problem(lolpun)

Get rid of physical levels already and allow us to put stats into each of our classes. For example right now I "main" Pugilist and do Thau as well but my mnd is only like 60 because I have other stats for pugilist that are more important. But if they rid the physical level you could actually focus on your main stats for each class Int, Piety, Mnd for mage. Personally i still think the cost of certain spells is to much but this would help it.

Thoughts? Opinions?

Guess i should of added that they should of added it now or better soon, I definitely new they were doing it woops.

why would they need to remove physical level to allow each class to have their own set of stats? people have been asking for each class to have their own set of stats since day 1, but the dev team hasn't figured out how to get it done yet.

What would the point of physical level be since that's your characters level?

At this point in time, you should not be mixing War and Magic disciples past the earlier levels because the stat difference will cripple you at higher levels. Just wait it out and stick to one fighting style.

I am 50 pugilist and 47 Thau. The whole point was to have more customization options. But in reality as of right now you have less because you can only really do really well at one discipline.

there were actually some really good suggestions on this earlier in the forums before it became a flame fest on both sides. i remember one suggestion was that for every rank you got physical you would have 1 point you could allot to your points. for every rank that individual class got you would get 3 points. say a physical 20 rank 15 thm would have 65 points they could allot, but a rank 20 physical rank 5 con would have 35 points.

that method would have given some credit for the leveling that had been done up til that point by giving some credit for your physical improvement, but not have it be the only determining factor.

would be like a professional boxer decides to retire from boxing and decides to do long distance running. sure he is not a runner and would have to work to become great at it, but due to his physical training he still had a head start over someone that had sat on the couch their whole life.

it was just a suggestion to give some credit for what you had done in the game up til that point because not everyone wants to drop back down and struggle to kill wharf rats and moles again. they really didn't want to have to do it 5-6 times.

FFXI again...stat chart for every class..when you change weapon stat automatically change.

Less customization? Yes and NO....

In reality when you change class you must follow a rule..

Make a CNJ with 140 STR is not customization...is unusefull...
