Seen the problem posted yet to see a solution.
I transferred from PS3 to PS4, downloaded the game and updated the launcher. But when I try to use the launcher I can hear the music but get a black screen then the error "Cannot launch FFXIVARR enter the promotion code." I used the same PSN ID as I did for my PS3 version. Any help?
