Coeurl Not In Mounts

After Getting collectors edition and using the Coeurl Bell, it as not appeared in mounts, however fat chocobo has after using the whistle.
Please advise

I dont see the point in this as the (guidlines) really dont mean much but the only steps that apply are these

Day Saturday the 7th june
Class/Gladiator/Highlander
System- ps4

as i said i used the bell and it didnt appear in mounts however fat chocobo did appear
