You have to play the ps3 version once to do it.
It's actually much cheaper to purchase the boxed version - in UK they sell fro £3 - £4 currently, even the CE are dirty cheap.

definitely the best way if you have both systems
buy ps3 version, log in, upgrade to ps4
can do that until december 2014
