FC Calendar and Scheduler

This may not be a small FC problem but it is one for any FC bigger then 8 people.

My Free Company has a high volume of members on, and even if we created a 3rd party chat room on our phone, that means people phones would be vibrating non stop with these super FC. While a FC Calendar feels like a lot to me, just hiving a Tuesday through Monday weekly schedule allows people to sign up for FC Events. "Lock in your Role" there could even be a wait list for people static group.

It's like a Permanent Party Finder Que, basically a person creates a event, for Friday 5p EST, "its wednesday now", people have 3 days to sign up. Options, is this a static or one time event, people can switch to any role or pose a trade if some one have a role they would like to play as. Something comes up, like a short message hey got work, and the next role on the list can moves move up an. people can sign up multiple roles that aren't locked in.
