Supports response to error code 2002

I have spent a good 3 hours on different chats and phone calls trying to get my issue figured out. I cannot get past the character screen without getting and error code of 2002. its been 5 days now that we haven't been able to play. I contacted SE and they told me to have some ports open... So i called comcast and had them open the ports. Which did not resolve my problem. So i got back on the chat with SE and told them that didnt resolve it there response was ffxiv isnt meant to be played wireless you must have a hard wire connection to your ps4 or it will not work... GREAT SUPPORT FUCKERS...
